first season year 2025 is going on

NEW conditions:

We can only accept invoices if all transport documents are attached.
1. Customer protection is agreed! In case you enter into competition with us, all your freight rights will cease immediately.
2. It is assumed that the contractor has adequate CMR insurance cover + safety equipment.
3. If you employ subcontractors, you will nevertheless remain liable to us in the event of damage.
4. In case or in the event of delays, obstacles,waitingtimes, breakdowns, damages and/or losses, we must be informed immediately in writing to
office@atrulog.com and only then can processing and a critical transfer of liability can begin.
5. In case you do not pick up a shipment on time or according the rules, we will employ a third party at your expense.
6. The confirmed transport documents must be sent per E-Mail to office@atrulog.com within 5 working days.
If this is not the case, we will deduct a 20 € processing fee from the freight rate.
7. Terms of payment: after receiving the valid invoice to office@atrulog.com
a. within 10 days with a 2% discount, b. within 21 days with a 0,5% discount,c. 45 days net without any deductions.
If one of the above is not specified as the desired payment term when the order is accepted, we reserve the right to decide according to which
of these payment term we will make the payment
8. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoicing is based on the weight of the unloaded goods!
The contract are subject to the German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms (ADSp) and the rules of CMR latest edition.
If one or more clauses of these terms and conditions are legally invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining clauses remain in force and valid. The
invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by an effective and enforceable provision whose effects come closest to the objective that the parties were
pursuing with the invalid or unenforceable provision.
